I want to ask you a question, have you ever had a bad day? 

 

In episode 23 of the Breakthrough Babe Podcast, I am sharing insight based on a recent life experience I just had this week. I want to dig deeper into the definition of a bad day and what exactly that means. I also want to explore how we can break through those negative cycles we experience and ultimately, create a breakthrough day.

So here’s your breakthrough game plan: Catch yourself in the moment when you feel like you’re having a bad moment. Start asking yourself better questions and visualize a better outcome from that negative thought cycle. Practice it, feel the emotion, until you bounce back.
